Benjamin Orlofsky is the co-founder of Center Street Capital LLC (“CSC”). Mr. Orlofsky oversees all contracts, escrow and all of the firm's legal requirements. He also acts as liaison to other firms in coordinating operating agreements and related documents.

Mr. Orlofsky graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 with honors. While attending Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Orlofsky served as an Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review; was on the Dean's List; and was a Richardson, Dean's Merit, Lisle Scholar. Upon graduation, Mr. Orlofsky was awarded the: Judge Nathan R. Sobel Prize for achieving the highest grade in the course of Criminal Law; Edith C. Blum Foundation Prize for exceptional achievement in the area of Taxation; and The American Bankruptcy Law Journal Student Prize for earning the highest grade in Bankruptcy. Mr. Orlofsky also received several CALI Excellence Awards.

During the Summer of 2001, Mr. Orlofsky interned at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, and served as a judicial intern for The Honorable David I. Schmidt, Supreme Court, Kings County, during the summer of 2002. Upon graduation, Mr. Orlofsky joined a small sized general practice law firm that specialized in real estate transactions. Thereafter, Mr. Orlofsky served for two years as the Law Assistant to Justice Bernard J. Fried, Commercial Division, Supreme Court, New York County. During his clerkship, Mr. Orlofsky was required to analyze many complex financial transactions and draft opinions concerning them. In addition, he oversaw many contested procedural issues, was involved in case management, and conducted attorney conferences and settlement discussions. Mr. Orlofsky served as a co-chair for the New York State Bar Associations Committee on State Court Counsel and served on its executive committee for the Commercial & Federal Litigation Section.

In December of 2005, Mr. Orlofsky joined Orlo Holdings LLC and The Orlofsky Company, where he served as General Counsel. In this capacity, Mr. Orlofsky had closed many complex real estate transactions and collaborated with outside counsel. In addition, Mr. Orlofsky had extensively participated with the business side of complex and large transactions, and had assisted in structuring deals, participating in the due diligence review and underwriting of such transactions. Mr. Orlofsky also participated creatively in securing financing for real estate and business transactions through his affiliation at Eastern Union Funding, LLC and has devoted time and effort to created and maintained investor goodwill.


In 2010, Ben Orlofsky and Eric Orlofsky founded Center Street Capital LLC. ("CSC"), a commercial real estate firm whose business activities encompass real estate finance and investments.
